Abstract
Background.
Pap test can be a sreening procedure to find abnormalities in cervix for women with or without HIV/AIDS.
Objectives.
To know the characteristics of sosiodemography, mode of transmission, cell cervical abnormalities with Pap smear test and immunogenotyping profile in women with HIV/AIDS in Jakarta.
Methods.
Descriptive analitic, cross sectional 2014 October-November at Kios Atma Jaya , Jakarta had taken 34 women who regularly receiving anti retroviral therapy randomly. Data were obtain from the direct interview to all participants and did the Pap test at Kios Atma Jaya. All smears were taking to Atma Jaya Laboratory of Pathology Anatomy for being tested about abnormality lesion type and cervical HPV DNA. The Pap’s test report was using the Bethesda system.
Results.
Characteristics of transmission HIV / AIDS in women with HIV / AIDS in Jakarta is the highest
obtained from a sexual relationship with her husband with the husband's most injection drug users putau 11 (32,35%) women . The total risk of transmission of sexual intercourse of a husband is 19 (55.88 %) women . The risk of transmission of the participants themselves largely due tosexual intercourse multi partner 7 (20.59 %) women , the total risk of transmission of HIV infection from the behavior of the participants themselves is 15 (44.12 %) women. The Pap smear test outcome shown 29 (85,29%) women were negative and 5 (11,76%) women found ASCUS. From the DNA HPV test result shown that 30 (88,24%) women were normal and 4 (11,76%) women got the low risk type.
Conclusion.
The highest risk of HIV transmission is from sexual relationship with her husband who husband are injection drug users 11 (32.35%) women . Pap smear test outcome shown the most occurrences is ASCUS 5 (11,76%) women. From 34 women with HIV positive, 4 (11,76%) women were found with low risk type of HPV DNA.
