Therefore, the researcher does a study to determine whether there is any effect on the state of hematologic OAT in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in Atma Jaya Hospital.
Objectives : To determine the impact of the use of anti TB drug for 6 months to a state haematological RSAJ pulmonary TB patients, the number of TB cases in Atma Jaya Hospital, and to know the effects of different combination packages of anti TB drug against hematological parameters.
Methodology : This retrospective study research collect the data from the Medical Record of Atma Jaya Hospital, where the pulmonary tuberculosis data is taken from 2011 to 2013. The sample size was obtained in 51 patients who counted to the inclusion criteria for this study. The data obtained were analyzed and described.

Male patients were more numerous than women. RHZE, RHE, HZE, HE regimen cause anemia in some of patients. RHZE, RZE, RHE, and HZE regimen causes leukocytosis, where RHZE and HE also cause leukopenia in only a minority of patients. RHZE, HZE and RE regimen cause thrombocytosis, RHZE also cause thrombocytopenia.
Conclusion : Anti TB drug treatment could cause abnormalities in the levels of haemoglobin, the number of leukocytes and platelets. However, samples with normal state of haematological found more than the abnormal ones.
