Fluor albus is a common gynecological problems of women. Fluor albus can be divided into physiological and pathological. Fluor albus pathological can be caused by various pathogens vagina such as Gardnerella, Candida, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma hominis, Trichomonas vaginalis and gonococcal. Fluor albus pathological conditions can be found changes in vaginal secretions in the form of color, clarity, consistency, amount and aroma. In addition, can also be found complaints such as itching, genital edema, dysuria (painful urination), lower abdominal pain. According to research in the US showed that Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) tops at around 40-50% fluor albus common cause, followed by Trichomonas vaginalis and Candida infections. This study aims to determine the prevalence of vaginal pathogens variation in patients fluor albus. The method used was a retrospective study at the Royal Taruma Hospital, West Jakarta. Data collected from the medical records from January 2013 until February 2014. Of the 56 respondents obtained BV infection 55.31% (n=31), Trichomonas 0% (n=0), Candida 26.78% (n=15), M. hominis 7.14% (n=4), Ureaplasma urealyticum 21.42% (n=12), and gonococcal 3.57% (n=2). Viewed from the number of microorganisms that cause fluor albus, a single vaginal pathogens obtained by 22 respondents (39.29%), including: Gardnerella 77% (n=17), Candida 18% (n=4) and Ureaplasma urealyticum 5% (n=1). |
