Hence, chair design and table height become important factors that affect working posture. Musculoskeletal disorders among workers are found due to poor and inappropriate working posture. Method The method used was a cross-sectional study with descriptive statistics and observational analytic. Nineteen workers were selected among Atma Jaya Catholic University Faculty of Medicine’s administrative employees. Results Descriptive data that obtained showed the highest frequency of backrest angle were ranged between 90o and 120o and table height ranged between 738 mm and 757 mm. The highest frequencies of musculoskeletal disorders were found in the waist (9.33%), back (8.48%), and buttock (7.64%). Conclusion The results showed the backrest angleand table heights that were used in Atma Jaya Catholic University Faculty of Medicine’s administrative employeesare similar toOffice Ergonomics: Guideline for Preventing Musculoskeletal Injuries and Guideline for Using Computers: Preventing and managing discomfort, pain and injury.The highest frequencies of musculoskeletal disorders were found in the waist.
