This will affect to nutritional problem in elderly cause by the process of aging. Aim of this study is to get the prevalence of nutritional status elderly in Santa Anna Home Nursing in 2014. The design of this study was cross sectional analytic descriptive research. The sample of this study was elderly in Santa Anna Home Nursing (n = 51). The prevalence of malnutrition was 19.6%. 52.9% of elderly were at risk of malnutrition and 27.5% of elderly were normal. There was an association between physiological stress and nutritional status based on statistical analysis ( P = 0.002). There was also an association between mobility and nutritional status (P = 0.011). There was no association between nutritional status with gender, age, education level and occupation.
