Abstract
The purposes of this research is to analyze employee performance measurement using The Chartered Institutse of Personnel and Development Method, which has a variabel form of Individual Factor, Working Life, Management, Leadership and Communication, Attitudes to Work, Engagement, and Outcomes on PT. Sinar Anugrah Plastik. The population observed in this research were employees of PT. Sinar Anugrah Plastik. This study provides performance measurement system design which has not previously been applied to the company, this measurement has a definite direction and size of the assessment. Measurement of this work can provide the output of the performance has been owned by the employees as well as the design of subsequent performance measurement.Shape design of performance measurement is proposed to improve the quality of the company si that the performance of the employee and the company is able to be more developed than before. Measurement of the this work is considered better than before, so that leaders try to implement these performance measurement plan for the next work program. Concrete result are shown from the performance measurement is the assessment and evaluation of employees who have worked at the company, this gives the picture quality of employee-owned company. Employees with the highest score to the lowest order value of its achievement is an employee A with the value of 93.57, employee E with the value of 90.43, employee B with the value of 88.73, employee F with the value of 87.86, employee H with the value of 86.80, employee I with the value of 85.02, employee D with the value of 84.86, employee C with the value of 83.06, and the lowest is employee J with the value of 81.69. Dynamic simulation is used to see the direct relationship between the variables contained in the CIPD . And help companies determine the variables that provide significant value changes .
