Children are human resources so that the monitoring of growth and development is an important aspect. Child development is influenced by several factors such as nutrition, immunizations, and health care. Objectives. The aim of this research is to Know the relationship of nutritional status, immunization status, and birth Weight on the growth and development of children aged 0-12 months In Posyandu Kelurahan Penjaringan I, Jakarta Utara. Methodology. This is a descriptive-analytical research, with cross sectional method Sample are 67 infants with their mothers who came to Posyandu in Kelurahan Penjaringan I when this research was held. We took the data by observing the child’s Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS), measuring their weight and height, and interviewing the Child’s mother using questionnaire. Using Chi Square statistical test withp=0.05 for the data analysis. Results. The result shows that there is a significant correlation between nutritional status with infants growth (p = 0.025), nutritional status with infant development (p = 0.003), and birth weight with infant development (p = 0.003) Conclusions.
