Normal cells in women breast become malignant after the cells change in its proliferation. Science development giv ing the researcher ability to predict the prognosis of the breast cancer in women with detecting the proliferation marker with AgNOR or immunohistochemistry Ki - 67. AIM: Purpose of this study is to acknowledge the correlation between Ki - 67 index with AgNOR counts in breast carcinoma. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The design of this study is cross sectional analytic research. The sample of this study is 13 breast carcinoma from Histopathology Department of Atma Jaya Indonesia Catholic University Medical Faculty. RE SULT: The correlation in this study was assessed with Spearman Correlation Test with Correlation Coeficient (R) 0,751 and P 0,003 .
