In ancient time, the Indonesian outlook on health based on spritual life so dukun, ulama has important role in societies. All of human events are arranged by social figures known pri¬mus interpares because they become wiseman have knowledge on interpretation of the relationship between macro cosmos and micro cosmos. After an occupation era, the colonial administration had brook all of local wisdoms and they drived all of institution began western culture as symbol of enligh¬tenment as an indicator of modernize of civilization. As we result now, in fact, the frame tought desig¬ned by colonial is failed to solve a substansial of life. So, is our task how to reformulate the paradigm of health building return to original base is religious system. Islam has some teaching on scientific paradigm how to make life on the truely meaning. The teaching of Islam on social engineering asp part of fikh was formulated from wahyu (revelation) by ulama known kaedah fikhiyah (legal princip¬les). So, Islam has a complete guidance for muslim how to implement Islam on their life. But, we belief it is not easy it is a hard work an also it is a giant agenda how to invent some program toward of new islamic civilization in the 21th century.
