| Sub/disc plate is an featured product produced by heat treating at P.T. AISIN Indonesia. The purpose of heat treatment process to enhanced its mechanical properties before heat treatment process, sub/disc plate is out onto tray. And then, the tray is lifted into the furnace. Due to the temperature exposure and force during heat treatment process, the tray getting crack. To improve the weakness, P.T. Radius Utama modified the structure of the tray. In fact, the modification result is better than the used tray especially in strength, stiffness and rigdity. |
