Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of granting intrinsic rewards on job satisfaction, the effect of extrinsic rewards on job satisfaction, and to determine whether age difference moderating the effect between the reward system (intrinsic and extrinsic) and job satisfaction of employees studied.
