There are some cases of accidents that occurred in the company from 2012 to 2014. TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rates) is a method used to measure the level of accidents that occured. Then look for the influence of internal factors on the level of awareness by using One-Way ANOVA. The internal factors that studied were age, sex, and years of working. To investigate the influence of environmental factor on employee’s productivity, are identified through questionnaire. Correlation test was then performed to determine the result. The process of calculation is done by using SPSS software. The accident rates that occur in the company decreased within the last two years. Internal factors and environmental factors that studied did not affect the rate of accidents that occur in the company.
