Abstract
In the field of economic enterprise , the quality of a product is the absolute value that can support the success and the success of a company . Products produced by the company can be said to be an interaction that occurs between businesses and consumers . Consumers will conduct an assessment of a company based on the products of the company. So that the resulting product will be the company's customer satisfaction indicators . Of course, as a company or manufacturer that produces , is an obligation to meet the needs of consumers . Therefore, the company should know what are the factors that a consumer needs , in order to support the products that can be produced in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers .
But during the search process needs of the consumer or customer satisfaction surveys are commonly used techniques . But in doing survey techniques required considerable expense and considerable time . Therefore, in this study , the researcher will conduct empirical testing equality with the company 's internal data survey data . Company's internal data is data that customer service will be divided into 3 groups, namely complaints , lawsuits , and the company's outlook . The company 's internal data will be compared with the model group needs Kano is a must -be attribute , one- dimensional attribute , and attractive attribute.
