Abstract
Compost mixer as one of an alternative solution to solve the organic waste. The organic waste consist of leaves that cut up then get mixed with bacteria solution in container. The process of this mixture will increase temperature and humidity inside the container. This machine keep the optimum temperature as composting process is on progress. The optimum temperature is kept by temperature sensor, microcontroller, pump and electric motor. Pump will pour water and electric motor will stir the organic waste if temperature in container is higher than the optimum temperature limit. If temperature in container is lower than the optimum temperature, electric motor and pump will stop. After 30 days process, the organic waste will turn into dark and the smells like soil. Compost is ready to use when the organic waste reach this condition.
