Abstract
Changing times demand the fulfillment of human needs which only takes a short time. It can be seen from a variety of facilities such as ATMs, fast food restaurants that are all around us, and convinience stores to support the activities of our daily lives. In this thesis, we will discuss how the variables influence product, location and service impact on customer’s decision making. Authors focused on researching more about the young people that do purchasing at 7-eleven Mangga Besar branch.
The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents from community Youth Commission in Jakarta Christian Church. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. After the analysis conducted, we can conclude that proct, location and service variables have effect toward customer’s decision making in simultaneously and partially.
