The aim of this study is to answer the question of how is the improvement of the textual structure of an argumentative writing of elementary school students, Lab. school of STKIP Singaraja which is measured operationally by the different textual structure of argumentative writing for the fourth and sixth grade students. The framework used to analyze the data is Toulmin theory, while the design used is cross-sectional by implementing descriptive-quantitative approach. The conclusion is that there is an improvement of textual structure of argumentative writing for elementary school students of Lab School STKIP Singaraja, eventhough, it doesn't reveal great significance.
