Legal history reveals that the development of Islamic law from time to time it has written in the books of Fiqh which originated from the Qur'an and Hadiths of the Prophet SAW as scared due to its position as the teachings of Islam. The paper discusses the extent to which Islamic law from of validity in the present. The methods used of research library using library materials such as literature through reading a few related books it is concluded that the prospect of Islamic law in the future still has a role and opportunity is needed as a national legal materials, but depending an the consciousness of the Muslim community, legal experts and political elites, and should be able to fight for, and institutionalize Islamic law and its enforcement by actualizing legal values derived from the Qur'an and Al Hadist.
