Abstract
Business process is measurable and structured activities to produce a specific output for a particular customer circles. While business process improvement is a systematic framework built to assist organizations in making significant progress in the implementation of business processes and reduce the weaknesses that exist to produce better output than before. PT Gandha is one of the pharmaceutical companies that produce drugs that require business process improvement so that all existing business activities can be run in accordance with the vision and mission of the company. In conducting business process improvement needs to be made a strategy mapping which refers to four different perspectives: financial, internal business process, customer, and learning and growth by translating the vision and mission of the company. And define a link between the existing strategic objectives. Then to make all can be run in accordance with the company's existing operations need to be made an operational mapping and work processes mapping using I-MT diagram. Operational mapping itself is made into two kinds of mapping they are the value chain-based operational mapping and process flow diagrams. With all kinds of mapping especially on the part of the company's operations, it will be found all kinds of weaknesses that exist which will then be reengineered so that the company can produce better output than before. The reengineering itself also refers to changes in business processes that happened and the things that affect business processes. Because if things are affecting the business process is not correct then the business process will not go smoothly. But this requires a tool or method that is sufficient in the business process that is QFD (Quality Function Deployment) is a method of planning the quality design required to meet the needs of consumers in this company. With this method the company is able to know what things are done first in making enhancements to improve business processes.
