Abstract
Improving company’s performance is one of important factor to determine success of the company. However, companies sometimes pay less attention to the important aspects to maintain their employees. It makes the employee not on their comfort zone so they decided to leave the company. The company have to recruit and train their new workers and that must spend a lot of money. So, it’s necessary to study what kind of factors that have an effect on a retention. This research, we want to know the effect of compensation, co worker, interpersonal communication, and job satisfaction on employee retention in PT. KMK Global Sports. The researcher was using path analysis to analyze the model of this research. This model is also a typical of multiple linear regression with mediation. The researcher was using the SPSS to testing the validity and reliability of the data. And AMOS program to seach the effect of the variables
