Isi artikel
Sera of SLE patients contain antibodies to several nucleic acids: native B-DNA, ssDNA, Z-DNA, tRNA, and poly(ADP-ribose). B-DNA, tRNA and ribosomal RNA are poorly immunogenic in normal animals. BDNA, with appropriate protein carriers, induces antibodies measurable in ELISA at serum dilutions in the hundreds or low thousands.1
