Computer-learner interface is the communication link between the computer and learner. This communication is illustrated on the computer screen. The visual design of the computer interface affects the learner's impression of the interface, understanding of the interface, and desire to use the interfae. Visual design consists of all graphical elements of an interface, such as the screen layout, information representations, and the representations for command on the screen. The design of an interface should provide a clear, consistent, and attractive representation of communication.
