The purposes of this research is to analyze the relationship between company culture, employee’s satisfaction, motivation, stress, training, organizational commitment, and physical work environment to the work performance of employees on PT. Asahimas Flat Glass, Tbk.. The population observed in this research were employees of PT. Asahimas Flat Glass, Tbk. The samples studied were 217 respondents that based on decision sampling table. Questionnaires carried out by HRPG’s team of PT. Asahimas Flat Glass, Tbk. The data collected was then further analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling software AMOS 21.0.The results indicate that the the research model have a good index goodness of fit, the index goodness of fit is within the range of values that required in structural equation modeling, so the model in this research is acceptable. The research shows that company culture, employee’s satisfaction, and training had no effect on employee performance. For the relationship between motivation, organizational commitment, and physical work environment on employee performance can not be measured in this research.The results that obtained from structural equation model is a fit model. The fit model used as the basis for the dynamic simulation of the system analysis of the factors that affect the employee’s performance of PT. Asahimas Flat Glass, Tbk. The results verification and validation of the model indicates shows that the simulation’s model in this research is accordance with the real system. |
