A total of 84 respondents was selected from Medical Faculty students of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia and divided into control and experimental group. Respondents filled in Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire and measured by the Fitnessgram Back Saver Sit and Reach Test. Then, the experimental group filled in a pre-education survey and had the education program about NSLBP in three weeks. After that, they filled in a posteducation survey. At the end, both groups filled in Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire and measured by the Fitnessgram Back Saver Sit and Reach Test again. Results Based on the results of the study, factors that have a significant effect towards LBP are the knowledge of sitting body posture (p = 0.009, pa), as well as increase lower back flexibility with p = 0.214 (p>a).
