| This study identifies factors influence Ambien and Design of Physical Environment on Customer Satisfaction hotel. The research carried out on customers five – star hotels in Jakarta, where the physical environment was assessed in hotel room. The instruments used in this study is questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents who are hotel guests. The data is processed and analyzed and the concept model and hypotheses were tested using LISREL 8.80. Results from data processing and hypothesis testing showed that Ambien has a strong influence and positive impact on Customer Satisfaction. Similarly, the design of physical environments that have a strong influence and positive impact on Customer Satisfaction. Based on this, it can be concluded that the five – star hotel managers need to give attention to the three aspects of this. |
