The application problem is based on the needs of the academic system at Don Bosco, Academy of Secretary and Management. This program has been using to support whole data filling system. All the data is used to report as annual report which consists of all campus activities including: number of students, lecturers and students' scores to Direktorat Jendral Pendidikan Tinggi (DIKTI) through KOPERTIS III. The purpose of this research to the investigate whether the academic information for the students, lecturers, and staffs is running well as expected. The method used is literature research based the data given in order to analyze the Academic Information System in Asekma Don Bosco. The result shows that the information system at Asekma Don Bosco has been implemented correctly as needed.
