Police as law pointers directly put up witha community who must be able to stand rights accordingly the law codes a constitution no.39-1999 because not only is human right violation decided as private tragedy, but also can appear problematic social. The goal of this writing is to know whatever factor can cause a violation towards the actions of human right protection as witness in the early investigation process. It doesn't take place of violation towards human roght protection in the early investigation process on a criminal case. The research method used is a normative law research. The result shoes that the police as lae pointers should imply the right ways towards witness in the early investigation process on a criminal case, due to the human right violation existence and the criminal code.
