This research aims to find out if there is a significant influence of the leadership style of performance teradap Wall Street Institute Pondok Indah Mall. The variables used in this study is transactional leadership style, Transformational leadership style and employee performance. Transformational leadership style variables denoted as the variable Xi, transactional leadership style is denoted as the variable X2l while the performance of the employees denoted as Y variables. The Data used in this research is the primary data. Primary Data was " collected using a questionnaire research and measurements of all three variables are examined using a likert scale of five levels. The samples in this study were 47 employees of the Wall Street Institute Pondok Indah Mall. The analysis of the data used is the frequency distribution table and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of the data also indicates that there is a significant influence of leadership styles on performance of employees of Wall Street Institute Pondok Indah Mall. |
