One of the major changes that happened recently is the development of the virtual world. This study aimed to analyze the effect of online service quality, country of origin image (COI), customer satisfaction and the word-of-mouth (WOM) behavior. Customer satisfaction is mediating the indirect effect of online service quality, COI on WOM. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires via online. Respondents were users of the site and are listed in the "social" community of paseban.com. Total sample as many as 223 people and in accordance with the requirements for SEM analysis. Structural model of this study meet the level of compatibility (Good Fit) with 7 indicators as follow, RMSEA 0050; ??-value of 0:47; SRMR 0039; NNFI 0.99; CFI 0.99; RFI 0.97; IFI 0.99; PGFI 0.70. There are 2 hypotheses that are accepted from a total of 4 hypotheses. The results of the analysis states that the quality of online services and the country of origin image has a direct influence on word of mouth, and customer satisfaction are not able to mediate the relationship between online service quality and country of origin image to WOM.
