Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)is a people’s economic activities scale with other businesses, which in most of them are small business activities. Design research was being done with elaboration model research to identify the relations between variables. For this study case, the data is retrieve by using a questionnaire which has been made an item variable declaration. Research conducted in small and medium enterprises bennete artshop, Malang to aims the influence of McKinsey 7S, management changes and softskills and hardskills in an organization. This research is also be conducted based on a variety of previous research whitch is being elaborated and organized into a questionnaire as well as processed with help of PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of data processing using software SEM Partial Least Square (PLS), proves that McKinsey 7S, management of changes, and softskills hardskills influential favorably to the organization in the SMEs.
