Abstract
Industrial Engineering Program, Atma Jaya University of Indonesia, Jakarta has Automation System Design and Manufacture Laboratory (LPOSI) which teaches undergraduate students about designing automated industrial system. In the practicum, there are seven learning modules which one a module Integrated Manufacturing Robotics (IMR). The module informs the undergraduate students about the integrated system among plant robotic which reflects a production process system to a manufacture. This research purpose is to analyze old combination of plant robotic system and the results of the analysis are used to make new layout and scenario for new combination of plant robotic. The problem which occurs on the old combination was analyzed using few tools, which are the helicopter view approach, rich picture diagram and influence diagram from the system. The next thing to do is to explain the detailed needs for the practicum and assistant, so that the new system can fulfill the needs. From that deliberation we made three alternative scenario and layout for the new system. The elected alternative will be selected using TOPSIS method. The result of this research is a layout and an integrated scenario system which are used for the new Plant Robotic System hardware design.
