Abstract
PT Primamakmur Langgeng Perkasa is a company that worked in the trading and distribution industry within national scale. PT. Primamakmur Langgeng Perkasa have 6 branches, they are Berang I and II, BSD, Tangerang, Bekasi, Tomang, and Bogor. Nowadays, this company has established relationships with more than 12 large companies (4 of them are public companies). In their distribution systems, the company still using intuition for obtaining optimal routes and arrangement of product on the vehicles. According to the problems within the company and also supported by government regulation and international collaboration with other countries, we conducted this research about optimal distribution routes with lean and green principles using tabu search. For data processing, we using program based on vb net. The outcomes are distance, emissions, optimal routes, the number (amount) of deliveries, and total cost. By this research, we know the difference results from lean and also green principles. And what is the most optimal result from both of the principles in terms of distance, emissions, and cost. And the appropriateness between lean and green
principles with theories from supporting journals.
