The important role of SME is to boost the efforts for developing the SME in various territory of indonesia, including the efforts for developing the quality of the workers. One of the efforts that we can do to increasing the quality of the workers is to do the internalization knowledge. Internalization knowledge is a conversion process from explicit knowledge to be a tacit knowledge, like changing the work instruction to be a skill that the workers have, this process will boost the workers to more understand and capable in mastering the production process in SME. Internalization Knowledge process can be more relevant to applied with Learning by Doing process, that is a learning process where every person can participate in doing the direct work practice so the comprehension will be obtained in every detail of the production process that conducted. This process have a strong connection with the Learning Cycle method which is in the applying the workers will be stimulated to continuously learn to understand the job and also fix the error that exist by find a new breakthrough in order to fix and increase the quality of the product by observing every factor in the working enviroment that supporting the activities.
