Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) is the key player into economic in every sector, biggest employment providers, and creator of new market. SME has three factor that interplay each other which is management processes, operational processes, and supporting processes. This research is to know factor from inside organizational which is human resource. Human resource is the most precious resource. If human resource feel uncomfortable in organizational that can make non optimal result. This research is done in Malang, East Java with the main aim to identify the relationship happening between environment uncertainty against intuitive decision making and the impact to organizational development. Where data are processed with Partial Least Square based(PLS) SEM approach. The result shows that there is no significant relationship going on between environment uncertainty against intuitive decision making, and significant relationship beetween intuitive decision making against organizational development. |
