Ironically many SMES which do not have strategies in knowledge management that owned the organization thus causing that the knowledge of individuals belonging to an employee of the SMES have yet to be adapted into a knowledge organization. Previous research suggests that there is influence of the knowledge management strategy to individual knowledge and organizational knowledge and there is also the influence of individual knowledge to organizational knowledge. Therefore research conducted to UKM Sedyo Manunggal, Wonosari aims to analyse the influence upon the various previous research which be elaborated and compiled a questionnaire and processed with the help of PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of data processing by PLS software proved that knowledge management strategies have influence to individual knowledge and organizational knowledge and there is the influence of individual knowledge against knowledge organization on UKM Sedyo Manunggal.
