Most of the production comes from the hands of a skilled and well-trained work force. One of the way to improve the output of the company is to pay attention to labor in it. Productivity of the company can’t be separated from the role of employees. This study wants to analyze the effect of productivity towards the performance of employees with the hope that better performance can generate the better output. This study conducted a case study in CV. Kajeye Food which is located in Malang and produce a chips of fruits and vegetables with the trademark "So Kressh”. Tools that are used to perform measurements in this study are using the structural model developed from the results of the elaboration using the related theories. The structural model then generates a questionnaire as an indicator to measure the construct. There are 12 factors that affect productivity and 9 factors that affect the performance of employees. Productivity is then analyzed its effect on employee performance. Data processing is performed using software – SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square). The results of data processing show that productivity has a positive effect on employee performance, which means increasing the productivity will increase the employee's performance as well. From the 12 factors that can affect the productivity only government regulation factor affect the performance of the employee. Beside that, there are four factors that can affect employee performance in CV.
