The establishment of Euro as the European Union single currency shows that the development of European integration has reach beyond what was imagined before. The Euro as single currency is not just a product of the Union monetary policy but it also becoming a symbol of European people. The presence of Euro affect not only the economic growth of its region but also the awareness of the Union citizen toward European identity. Supports and refusal along its establishment shows that the Euro position as one of the European symbols is debatable. Therefore this article, by using simple Myth analysis tries to explore how far features on Euro can reflect European as an identity symbols.
