Abstract
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is a people's economic activities small-scale businesses. SMES have an important role in its economy. Rapid growth of SMES raises competitive rivalry so that each of these SMES need development and innovation to advance the kind of efforts. Employees is one of the important factors in the survival of a business. Every employees that works have different knowledge with other employees. Knowledge is useful to support the employees in do his work so as to promote and develop the SME. The process for transferring knowledge from the source to the recipient called knowledge transfer. This research aims to know the influence of the knowledge transfer between individuals on the performance of employees in SMEs N & N Collection in Malang, East Java. Knowledge transfer between inidividu very meaningful and useful in order to enhance the capabilities and skills of individuals, which are the employees who worked at SMEs. This research was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling software tools (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS). Based on the results of data processing software PLS proved knowledge transfer among individuals has no impact temployees performance on SMEs N & N Collection. Individual knowledge as exogenous construct of knowledge transfer, correlate and affecting knowledge transfer to SMEs N & N Collection.
