Here is both an amusing and a demanding game activity to provide practice in describing what people are wearing and/or what they look like. It came to me recently during a lesson and proved to be quite successful. I have never seen it described elsewhere ; therefore, it might be original. It entails writing, reading or speaking, and listening. It is best used after students have learned the grammar and vocabulary of such constructions as : She is tall / slim / short. She has long hair. She is wearing a skirt.
