Isi artikelThe research aims to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and worker intensity to involve in worker union activities of Swalayan Mirota Kampus Yogyakarta. Using 75 workers of Swalayan Mirota Kampus Yogyakarta, the data are collected using two questionnaires. The first questionnaires measures levels of job satisfaction, while the second one measures levels of intensity to involve in worker union activities. Data are analyzed using Product Moment's Correlation technique. The result significantly shows a negative correlation between job satisfaction and intensity to involve union activities (r=-0.311, p<0.05). This findings indicate that the more unsatisfied workers with their jobs, the higher their involvement in union worker activities.
