Isi artikelHuman resources department is important part of a company. Department's decision is risky because of their roles directly contribute to the excellence of business operations and strategy implementation of a company. The purpose of thr research is to gain insight on perceptions of Human Resources Department employees about risky decisions related to their roles in organizations. In-dept interviews conducted for five participants. All of them has a supervisory role in the Human Resources Department. Content analysis is used to analyze the data. The findings showed that the perception of risky decision-making among participants is the result of self consideration and the process of negotiation with other parties. Participants tend to avoid risk but the occurance of inevitable risk considered as the resposibility of human resources department employees.
