Rumah Sakit Jakarta is one of the private hospitals which continue to improve its quality to be useful for the hospital community in the midst of competition and globalization. National and even international level accreditation that must be followed throughout the hospital were followed to continue to equip and support services competition. Vision of the hospital was supposed to keep trying to achieve, achievement should be measured and evaluated. Vision achievement and the strength of quality to compete should continue to grown and it requires a decrease in vision, making strategy to achieve the vision, and evaluation of the achievement of the vision in the form of evaluation or performance test well done. The current problem is the lack of performance measurement mechanisms base on decrease vision of a balanced, coherent, and long-term or strategic. Mechanisms of performance measurement can be done either by designing the Balanced Scorecard. Balanced scorecard is made by identifying the hospital's vision and then determining the strategic objectives, key performance indicators. Typical balanced scorecard to measure the tangible and intangible factor and to see effect between these factors therefor the balanced scorecard is made to be visualized in the form of strategy map. Looking at the condition of Rumah Sakit Jakarta, it will make balanced scorecard with the financial perspective, followed by a customer perspective, internal business processes perspective, and learning and growth perspective. Strategy map is created by connecting strategic objectives in a mutually influential in perspective and among perspectives. To win the dynamic competition, scorecard balanced as performance measurement and have the strategic quality will be analyzed by dynamic simulation approach using Powersim Constructor so that it can actually be seen relationships that affect performance until making scenarios in order to cope the possibilities ahead. The results of this research is the design of the balanced scorecard, strategy map, simulation models and their performance measurement scenario, and the policies that might be done to overcome the challenges ahead in achieving the vision and good quality hospital. |
