Abstract
Employee turnover is one of many factor that can interfere a company to achieve their goals. Employee turnover is the result of the employee intention to leave that can be affected by many factors such as employee empowerment and transformational leadership in the company. The purpose in this research is to examine the effect of the employee empowerment and transformational leadership on employee intention to leave at MNC SkyVision Corp.This research using primary data which is obtain from the 65 employee. The sampling method used is probability sampling (simple random sampling). And the data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result of this research show that there are negative relationship between employee empowerment and employee intention to leave, and negative relationship between transformational leadership and employee intention to quit. The result of this research also show that there are significant influence between employee empowerment, transformational leadership and employee intention to quit at MNC SkyVision Corp
