The fact that the job of secretary is a career choice of many of its undergraduates has been proved, among others, by the opening of the course every semester. Therefore, a comprehensive syllabus based on the experiences of the specialists who have been doing their job professionally for a period of time, and thus, who know what is really required by the job needs to be developed.
