The purpose of this research is to know whether there is an influence between significant work stresses and workload satisfaction in PT. Sele Raya Merangin Dua. The variables used in this research are dimensions of job stress workload, roles conflict, obscurity roles, unavailability resources, perceived danger of employees are the independent variable and workload satisfaction is the dependent variable. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The populations in this research are PT. Sele Raya Merangin Dua employees with the sample are thirty-five (35) people who will be determined by convenience sampling method, this method is used based on the ease to find or availability of members of a particular population. Analysis of the data used is the multiple linier regression analysis. The result shows that dimensions of job stress workload, roles conflict, obscurity roles, perceived danger of employees gives influence to employees satisfaction of PT. Sele Raya Merangin Dua. |
