Organization consisting of people who are always willing to learn is called the learning organization. One of the important factors to be a learning organization is leadership. Indonesia has multitude tribes that have different cultural, values, and habits. Leaders need to implement a multicultural leadership. The objective of this paper is to show how the multicultural leadership can create learning organization in Indonesia. This paper uses qualitative methodology as the research methodology and interviews and observations as the method of data collection. The finding of this research is multicultural leadership does not automatically create learning organizations. |
