Abstract
In the organizational activities, communication is a very important factor to obtain the specific goal of organization. Individual or group activities in most organizations use their time more then 70% to communicate (Robbin,2003:4). Interpersonal communication as one types of communication is an extremely practical art, and the effectiveness of a business relationship partner, coworker, and manager will depend on the interpersonal skill. Interpersonal communication is not only transfering messages or informations but also giving a vital contribution to solve any managerial problems. The effectiveness of Leadership as a one of organizational activities is very deeply on the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. Finally, the interpersonal communication will help the leader or manager to build a good relathionship with their coworker and the staffs.
