Ironically, the owner of SMI doesn’t has enough experience in leadership because of the knowlegde and education levels are relatively low. The right leadership behavior will appear mutual trust in each employee. Mutual trust one to another will make employees ptency reveal and they will put an effort maximally. This research will be analyzed the influence of leadership behaviors on mutual trust. The case studies in this research conducted at SMI Surya Jaya Stone located in Tulungagung. The field of this SMI is the production of wall cladding and floor cladding. Tools which be used as a measurement on this research is a structural model base on the previous theory and research which be elaborated to become questionnare. Thre are 3 kinds of leadership behaviors are analyzed in this research, such as transformational, transactional, visionary, and synergistic. The influence of all kinds of leadership behaviors will be analyzed towards mutual trust each other. Data processing is done with the help of software SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). SEM PLS was chosen because assumes the data doesn’t follow a certain distribution, can be used on small samples, and can predict the model is built to achieve the goals of the research. This research indentify factor-factor which influence each variable significantly. The result of this research shown that from 4 leadership behavior which the researcher examined doesn’t have influence at for mutual trust in SMI Surya Jaya Stone because of the model which does not fit with the tools in the object of research related of some indicators which are not valid and reliable, beside that the invalidity caused from the different perception of statement in questionnaire between the researcher and respondent.
