Knowledge management influence in all areas of the company, one of them is in terms of the production process. The case study research will be conducted at the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Batik Gajah Mada Tulungagung. The production process of batik is a very complicated process and takes a long time so that it takes knowledge of technique of batik production. Skill, imagination and experience are some of the main things needed as stock's ability to produce batik products. This causes the need for the transfer of knowledge between employees. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management consists of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge of the production process that occurs in SMEs Batik Gajah Mada Tulungagung. The results of the data processing by using SEM Partial Least Squares (PLS) proves that influential Knowledge Management positively to the production process in SMEs. Tacit Knowledge and Explicit Knowledge as invalid constructs of exogenous Knowledge Management, correlated and influencing Knowledge Management in SMES Batik Gajah Mada.
