Abstract
In this research I test the effect of the organizational support and the work-family conflict to the employee job satisfaction at PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia. I used the F-test and t-test to examine those effects by using the primary data that I collected by using some questionnaires. My respondens are the first line and middle line managers at PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia and my sample is only 50 employees. The correlations of the organizational support and the job satisfaction is positive (73,1%) and significantly (Sig.0,000). The correlations of the work family conflict with the job satisfaction is also positive (52,9%) and significantly (Sig.0.000). In this research I found that the effect of the organizational support to the job life and satisfaction is positive and significantly but the effect of the work-family conflict to organizational support and job satisfaction is positive but is not significant, although the R Square is positive (54,1%) and significant (Sig.0,000).
