An increase of need and competition in the utilization of terrain has generated using a form, which does not consider the resources of the land itself. Generally this is the primary cause of land degradation and environmental destruction. The summary of research results on the evaluation of terrain utlization and bio - physic conditions of the touurism area in the dieng highland shows the condition of the land there, since it has been intensively used for agricultural activity without considering the resources of land. Evaluation results indicate that from a physical appearance the land is not suitable for seasonal agricultural. According to USLE's (Universal Soil Loss Equation) prediction methods, the speed of erosion is about 108, 79 to 216 ton / ha / year). While from the biological condiition, there is degradaton of farmland, since it has been converted to residental zone. The supportive forests have been converted to farmland for a seasonal use. Therefore, there have been many succesional terrestrial changes. The condition above was totally changed the beauty and uniqueness of the dieng plateu as a toursit and historical location.
